PERSONAL LIFESTYLE & FITNESS COACHING:
For this 90 minutes coaching program, you can choose between virtual meetings with your coach or to meet in person @UCB on Wednesday afternoon between 14:30 and 15:30. We start with a 30 minute intake where your coach will collect your progress parameters and run through your medical history and specific goals. Based on your equipment and goal(s), your coach will set up your personal program consisting of a work-out (physical activity) and/or nutritional program. You will be able to follow, adjust or check off your program in the activity calendar or the food diary in the UCB Wellness App.
After 2 weeks, 6 weeks and 12 weeks, there will be a 15 minute follow-up meeting with your coach to discuss your progress and to adjust your goals. Moreover, lifestyle advice will be provided to keep you motivated and to help you to achieve your goal! After 12 months, there will be a 15 minute outtake to determine the evolution of your progress parameters.
