Live Group Classes: Aerobics & BBB

Live group classes will take place under the UCB Tent near the guest houses every Monday between 12:15 – 13:00 for Aerobics and between 13:00 – 13:45 for BBB.

Provide warm clothes because we enjoy the oxygen outdoors!
Limited number of places under the tent, unlimited places around the tent.

There is no need to book in advance, you can just come and join. You can find the schedule in the UCB Fitness & Lifestyle App and register to add the class to your activity calendar.

Aerobic class

In the aerobic class we take you through a variety of structured movements that raise your heart rate.

The music will be the key in this class.

Abs & ass

Abs and ass workout is a very popular and efficient course in which the focus lies on the abdominal muscles & glute area. These courses are perfect for anybody who wants to “maintain” or strengthen their core stability, glutes, hamstrings & quads.

The ULTIMATE CIRCUIT TRAINING for all levels

This class will take place under the UCB Tent every Wednesday afternoon starting from 12:00, non-stop until 14:00. Join or leave the group class every 10 minutes or join for the entire afternoon. If you feel ambitious, you’re even welcome to join for the full two-hour session! There’s no need to register in advance.
The coaches provide a circuit training with 10 exercises, good for 10 minutes for one circuit : we start with some cardio warm-up, continue with core, upper and lower body strength exercises and finish with some mobility to cool down.
The coaches prepare 3 levels for every exercise, so anyone can join!
The last circuit starts at 13:50.

Personal lifestyle & fitness coaching

PERSONAL LIFESTYLE & FITNESS COACHING:
For this 90 minutes coaching program, you can choose between virtual meetings with your coach or to meet in person @UCB on Wednesday afternoon between 14:30 and 15:30. We start with a 30 minute intake where your coach will collect your progress parameters and run through your medical history and specific goals. Based on your equipment and goal(s), your coach will set up your personal program consisting of a work-out (physical activity) and/or nutritional program. You will be able to follow, adjust or check off your program in the activity calendar or the food diary in the UCB Wellness App.

After 2 weeks, 6 weeks and 12 weeks, there will be a 15 minute follow-up meeting with your coach to discuss your progress and to adjust your goals. Moreover, lifestyle advice will be provided to keep you motivated and to help you to achieve your goal! After 12 months, there will be a 15 minute outtake to determine the evolution of your progress parameters.

Online Live Virtual Yoga Class

The Virtual Yoga classes will be live streamed in French through the Zoom app, every Friday between 11:45 – 12:45. You will have access to the recorded class during 1 week until the next Yoga Class.
