Do you think exciting music and an energetic coach can make your workout fun? Do you want to share the experience with your colleagues? Try our Live Aerobics and BBB Group Classes! Come to the UCB Tent near the guest houses for an aerobics class every Monday between 12:15-13:00 and BBB from 13:00-13:45. Provide warm clothes because we enjoy the oxygen outdoors! Limited number of places under the tent, unlimited places around the tent.

The Ultimate Circuit
Training For All Levels

10 total body exercises in 10 minutes! Train your cardio, core, legs, upper body and even your mobility in 10, 20, 30,… minutes or stay all afternoon! We provide 3 levels for every exercise, so the coach can help you adapt the workout to your level. Join or leave the group class every 10 minutes, starting from 12:00, non-stop until 14:00 every Wednesday under the UCB Tent! Last circuit starts at 13:50. Provide warm clothes because we enjoy the oxygen outdoors! Limited number of places under the tent, unlimited places around the tent.

Based on your equipment and goal(s), your coach will set up your personal program consisting of a work-out (physical activity) and/or nutritional program.

You will stay in contact with your coach (90 minutes in total) to create and adapt the work-outs to your personal situation, your progress and to fit into your daily life schedule! Meet your coach in person @UCB Tent near the guest houses every Wednesday between 14:30 – 15:30 (book an appointment in advance) or chose for an online session.
